Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the digital ecosystem of RED STUDIOS ("the Agency"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided under the condition of your absolute adherence to the ethical and professional standards defined herein.
Interaction with any interface, asset, or communication channel belonging to the Agency constitutes a legal digital signature of acceptance.
Use of Services
Permitted Use
Engagement is restricted to individuals of legal capacity for the purpose of architectural digital development, high-end editorial design, and strategic brand consulting.
Prohibited Conduct
Reverse engineering, automated extraction, or any form of digital plagiarism against the Agency's proprietary frameworks is strictly forbidden and monitored via cryptographic tracing.
Intellectual Property
All creative output, including but not limited to typography, structural layouts, and the proprietary 'Recall' system, remain the exclusive intellectual property of RED STUDIOS. Authorship of all digital artifacts is non-transferable unless explicitly stated in a signed Production Agreement.
THE 'RECALL' FRAMEWORK
Our proprietary authorship protocol ensures that every pixel generated under the 'Recall' system is cryptographically logged to verify original creation and brand authenticity.
Limitation of Liability
Termination of Services
The Agency reserves the unilateral right to terminate access to services or ongoing projects should the client breach any conduct clauses or fail to meet architectural alignment requirements. Upon termination, all licenses granted under 'Recall' authorship will be immediately revoked.
